Mika - male Boxer

Mika is a cheeky three-year-old Boxer Cross whom we are all incredibly fond of. This wonderful boy has really developed into the most adorable character since being with us. He regularly shares his kennel with other dogs who are in need of some additional canine therapy. His large goofy nature brings most dogs out of their shell so a home with another dog would really suit Mika. Mika loves nothing more than throwing his toys around playfully and having a good run around in our off-lead areas. Once the adventures are over, he is often seen curled up in his kennel catching up on some well-deserved rest.

Mika is a lovable boy, who has certainly stolen the hearts of the staff here. He could live with another dog provided that meets went well at the centre. Mika is a big bouncy boy, who doesn't always know his size, therefore a home with teenagers or older would be preferred! Mika would prefer a garden to potter around and play in, and this could be private or communal but we would consider homes without a garden too. Once he has settled into his new home, he could be left for a couple of hours and possibly longer built up over time.
