Dotty - female American Bulldog Cross
Adoption fee: Please check with the rescue
- Centre:Dogs Trust
- Location:Kenilworth
- Sex:Female
- Breed:Bulldog
Dotty is a real sweetheart and it doesn't take long before she is all over you having lots fuss and attention. She is making amazing progress with her training and walks beautifully on her loose lead for a tasty treat. We consider the primary breed of this dog to be American Bulldog and therefore do not believe that they would be considered an American Bully XL type.
Dotty is a lovely girl who loves to play and spending time with her favourite people. Dotty could live with children 11+ who are confident around bouncy and excitable dogs. Dotty loves going on walkies and adventures and would love nothing more than to share those adventures with her new family. She will need to be the only pet in her new home, with access to lots of quiet walks. She is slowly building a circle of doggy friends to share her walks with, this could continue in her new home once she's settled in. Dotty must have her own secure garden, where she can safely play and explore and her new owners should be aware she is a bit of an escape artist so will need to be kept an eye on! Dotty loves her food and this is most definitely the way to her heart. She's happy to show of a trick or two in exchange! Dotty has been in a home previously, however we don't have much information on what she was like, so she may need a little help with refreshing her housetraining. We recommend any time being left alone is built up gradually, although she would love adopters who can be home for most of the day.
