Paddy - male Shar Pei Cross

Paddy is a wonderful boy who has found himself a little overwhelmed after coming into the centre. He would love to find himself a quiet and peaceful home where he can find his confidence and take things at his own pace. He enjoys being out and about sniffing, exploring and playing with his toys. He's a clever boy and does know a sit, especially if there's something tasty on offer for a reward. Paddy is learning to make some doggy friends here and we think he could share his new home with another dog following a successful meeting here at the centre. He does prefer calmer, similar sized dogs and can be worried by big bouncy or over the top dogs. He does enjoy a fuss from his trusted friends, but can get himself a bit worried if there is too much going on. Paddy hasn't been used to being left, so we would recommend that this is gradually built up leaving him with things to keep him busy. He was housetrained in his previous home, but may need a little refresh in his new home. He would love a quiet home life, with adults only who can understand his worries and help him learn the world isn't such a scary place.
