Amber - female Crossbreed

Amber is a sweet five-year-old crossbreed. She is a happy girl who has a real zest for life! She is instantly friendly with new people, an excitable girl who is always pleased to see you, she is bouncy, lively, and fun. Knows a ‘sit’ and has brilliant name response. She'd love to learn new skills using positive reinforcement training methods. She enjoys zoomies in a secure run and digging in the sand. She likes to splash in the stream and dip in paddling pool. Loves to play with toys and initiates a game of fetch or football. Amber prefers her personal space around other dogs; she has a number of doggies who join her out on walks and she is fine with them if they are calm and happy to do their own thing. She would suit quiet walks where she can relax without dogs running up to her. She loves fuss and affection and cannot wait to experience home comforts and a family to call her own.

Amber is looking for a loving home where she will be treated like a queen, which is what she deserves after a rough start to life living outside. She is looking for adopters who like to get out for adventures and go on long walks. Amber could live with dog savvy teenagers fourteen-years plus. She would be best suited as the only dog in the home. We have no history of her living with a cat or small furries. Amber is housetrained here at the Rehoming Centre. Time left alone will need to be built up gradually to set Amber up for success. She is happy to jump into the car and could cope with a reasonably busy household.
