Please say a big hello to our wonderful girl Kizzy! Kizzy arrived into our care for the second time in her life through no fault of her own, after her owner passed away. All animals, like us, have individual needs and requirements. By matching these needs, we optimise the chance of a successful adoption placement. To make it easy for you to see if your home environment is compatible with the animal you have selected, we have bullet pointed Kizzy's specific needs below.- An adult-only home- No other cats or dogs in the home- A quiet home with someone who is home most of the dayPlease before starting the application process for an animal on the Isle of Wight, double check that the home you can offer meets Kizzy's needs. We would very much like to respond to every prospective adoption enquiry we receive, however at the moment this is just not possible for us to do. Therefore, unless your application matches the required criteria, we will not be able to email you back, similarly if we receive your application after the animal you are interested in has been reserved.Kizzy has lived as as a semi-feral farm cat since being adopted from us some years ago, however over the years Kizzy has mellowed some what and in her more senior years loves nothing more than head scratches and companionship.Ideally we are looking for a large flat or a house, with a garden for Kizzy to call her own. Kizzy must be the only cat in the home and we do not feel she would be happy living with dogs. Due to her background, Kizzy must be rehomed to an adult-only home. If you are looking for a true rescue cat and feel you can meet the rehoming requirements for Kizzy, please get in touch with the centre by emailing in your Perfect Match form.If you dont see anything suitable this time please continue to monitor the animals we have up for adoption, because one that is a perfect match for you and your home will hopefully be available soon. Thank you very much for considering adopting one of our animals. We really appreciate your kindness and support.PLEASE NOTE: due to current government travel guidelines, rehoming will be prioritised to the Isle of Wight
