Bruce does have some ongoing medical needs that may effect his exercise levels in the future. Our team at the centre would be happy to chat you through this.
Bruce is a striking, lovable boy with the biggest, pointiest ears you’ve ever seen — and they’re always on alert for the sound of treats! He’s searching for a patient and understanding forever home with calm, adult-only adopters who will let him settle at his own pace and guide him as he builds confidence in his new surroundings.
Bruce enjoys his walks—especially when shared with his doggy pals—but he would prefer to be the only pet in the household so he can soak up all the love and attention for himself. As we don’t know much about his past, he may need a little extra support with housetraining and learning to cope with being left alone. Gradually building up his independence, along with plenty of enrichment and activities, will help him thrive.
This clever boy is very food-motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding. He’s already picking up lots of new skills with the help of tasty treats! Bruce is also working with our training team to feel more comfortable with vet visits and is learning to wear his muzzle like a star pupil.
He’ll need a secure, private garden where he can play, relax, and explore safely. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love, Bruce will blossom into a loyal, affectionate, and truly rewarding companion.
