Scooby is a 5 year old Terrier cross. Due to current restrictions, I can't go to my forever home just yet, but you can contact the rehoming centre to register your interest. When restrictions ease, and if we're a suitable match, you will be able to discuss me in more detail with my carers at the centre. Thank you so much for your interest in me! Scooby is looking for a rural environment where he wont come in to contact with other dogs. He is friendly and affectionate with his owners but does not like strangers approaching him. He is an active boy who has great fun being out and about! He adores being in the company of his favourite people and will never turn down a tasty treat. Scooby is house-trained and happy to be left at home for a few hours. He is very intelligent and will happily learn a trick or two! espcially if sausages are on offer! Scooby is looking for a home with someone who has had similar dogs before. He is looking for an adult only home with his own direct access to his own secure garden with where he can enjoy off lead play. Scooby does not like other dogs and does need to be walked in quiet areas. He can be worried by strangers and prefers to stay close to his owners. Scooby would need to be the only pet in the home. Scooby would love a calm environment where he can investigate and explore. He is super cute, very clever and extremely playful. Scooby would need to meet his new owners a few times before he goes home, so he can build a trusting relationship. *PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT CURRENTLY REHOME TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF SCOTLAND DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS* In these unprecedented circumstances, we're doing everything we can to continue our vital work caring for thousands of stray and abandoned dogs. If you'd like to help, please make a donation. Your support means so much, now more than ever.
