Arthur - Male Akita

This lovely lad is Arthur, an 8 year old Akita boy that came to us from the stray dog pound, he was all alone and awaiting rescue.

Arthur is very lucky as he found himself a foster home to comfortably wait in until he finds his new family. He has proved himself to be a fabulous and well behaved boy in the home, he is housetrained and non-destructive and he adores being around people.

He loves being out and about out on an adventure but he does initially pull a little on the lead but his foster carer is working on his lead training.

As Arthur has come to us with no history are looking for an adult only home or a home with older, larger breed aware children over the age of 12 years. Arthur cannot be rehomed with cats and although he has walked fine with other dogs we feel he would be better placed as an only dog in his home where he can receive all the love and attention to himself.
