Koda - Male Akita

This handsome chap is Koda. At aged 4 years he is looking for a new home after his owner sadly passed away.

When out of the home Koda is friendly to all that he meets, typical of the Akita breed Koda is aloof with strangers in his home but it doesn’t take long for him to get to know people and then he becomes a loving and cuddly boy.

Koda has not lived with another dog and due to his recent bereavement we feel it would be best that he is the only dog in his new home. He is unable to live with cats. Koda would be best suited to an adult only home or with older teenage children who are used to being around large breeds.

Koda is an intelligent and well trained boy, he will sit, give paw, lie down and he rolls over for a tummy tickle, he will even wait at an open door when asked. As he is an assertive boy he will require confident owners potentially with prior experience of the breed but this can be discussed.
