Fortune - Male Beagle

17-01-24 Fortune is an absolute sweetheart who originally came to us in July 2023. He was a very timid and frightened boy at first but he did make a good amount of progress in the few months he was at the rescue. He then got adopted and lived in a home for a little while, but he’s now unfortunately been returned to us as it wasn’t the right home for him. We have been told he was extremely frightened of the men in the home and really couldn’t cope living with them. He did also have a couple of issues with the male resident dog, but was fine with the female. He is a lot more confident now and enjoys his walks and having a fuss too. He’s also very foodie which is always a good thing! So, Fortune would like an adult only home without any men and with no visiting children, either as an only dog, or with a female dog. If he were to be adopted as an only dog, his owners would need to be around most of the time to keep him company and settle him properly. He is an extremely sweet boy and we really hope he doesn’t have to wait long to find his perfect home.
