Wish - Male Beagle

26-07-23 Wish hopes for a bright new future. He is one of a number of Beagles who desperately needed to be saved as if no rescue could take them, they were due to be shot within a matter of days. He has a couple of scars on his face and body but they don't seem to bother him. Wish is full of energy and so will be looking for an active home with adopters who have lots of time to spend with him. He is quite confident and could be homed as an only dog and may prefer to be the only dog in his home. Due to his background Wish is understandably better with female dogs and cannot be homed with male resident dogs. He is a friendly boy and can already walk on a lead but is quite strong with this so this is something his adopters will need to work on with him. He has never lived in a home before so his adopters will need to be kind and understanding as he settles in and learns new skills like house training. Wish is a friendly boy and with time and love he will start to come out of his shell. He cannot live with cats or small furries.
