Prince - male Belgian Shepherd Dog (Malinois) Cross

If not had the breed before, we recommend that his new owners do their breed research as they can be full of character and quirks! Prince loves his treats and his toys, these will be useful for any further training (and for fun of course!).

Prince is an active boy who really does have a zest for life! He is looking for a home who can keep him physically but also mentally stimulated. He is an intelligent boy and would really love a home who can give him something to keep his brain on the go too.
He has come in with little information and may need training in all areas including house training and time left alone may need building up gradually leaving him with lots to do to keep him occupied. Prince can get himself into a pickle at times, when he gets frustrated he will sometimes jump up and mouth- he will need to learn calm behaviours, something that the behaviour team can show you.
Prince will need to be the only dog in the home for now but will really benefit from having doggy friends- he can be very active and boisterous so his new dog friends will need to be tolerant of this.
He could live with older teens 16+ who are confident with boisterous breeds and give him space when he wants to chill out! He will need access to his own secure garden where he can zoom and play.
