Yassi - female Belgian Shepherd Dog (Malinois) Cross

Yassi is young and lively and she just adores people! She loves any kind of contact and will occasionally look for reassurance if she feels overwhelmed. Yassi spent over a year at the centre before moving to a foster home, where she has absolutely blossomed! She is crate trained and super clean in the house. She's one of the brightest dogs we have and just loves to learn, and she picks things up incredibly quickly. Yassi is fabulous at introducing herself to other dogs and walks very well with them, and she tries to match the other's play style, so it can sometimes get a little rowdy! Tug is her favourite game and she'll instigate by presenting you with a toy and making grunting noises! She really is a lovely girl with bags of potential for a family who enjoy training and high energy activities with their dog. She's brilliant and reading cues and picks up routine very quickly.

Yassi is a very high energy young girl, looking for a home where somebody can be around for most of the time. Yassi can be mouthy when she wants attention and when she is over stimulated so will need any children in the home to be confident and over the age of 15. She will need to be the only pet in the home until she can learn how to play more appropriately with other dogs. Yassi is house trained.
