Penny - female Belgian Shepherd Dog (Malinois)

Penny is keen to earn treats and will occasionally play with toys. When she is calm, this gorgeous young girl will lean in to enjoy a quick fuss or 'sit' and 'wait' briefly before jumping into her next activity. With adopters who are willing to keep up her training, Penny has the potential to be a devoted, rewarding pal. Penny is an active and fun Malinois Cross who really enjoys company and training. She is a very busy girl and likes exploring. She is a cheeky girl who can get quite enthusiastic and vocal. Penny is learning to control impulses with basic training and would benefit from a home willing to keep her busy and give her a job involving, for example, scent work and obedience. She can live with another dog and has built up a friendship with Leonard the Labrador. Penny could live with older teenagers of 16 and above. She cannot live with cats. She struggles with being left alone and is not used to travelling in the car so both situations will need building up slowly, once Penny is settled in her new home.
