Suri - Female Bichon Frise

03-04-24 Suri is a beautiful girl who has come to us from her breeder to find a loving home. She has a Grade 2-3 heart murmur that will need to be monitoredin her new home and she has a few teeth missing. Shortly after she arrived we discovered she was pregnant and not long after that she had 3 beautiful puppies. She has been the most wonderful mum to them, but now they are ready to fly the nest, Suri is ready to find her forever home too. When she arrived she was very worried and overwhelmed, but over the last few weeks she has really started to come out of her shell and has truly blossomed. She has already learned how to walk on a lead and just loves to go for walkies! She loves them so much that she even goes for walks without another dog for company. Although her confidence has really start to come along, she adores her kennel friends and does look to them for comfort still, so she will be looking for a home where there is another kind dog to be her friend and companion. She is very playful with her doggy friends and loves to do zoomies with them so would want her new companions to be willing to play with her! She has even met dogs larger than her and had a lovely play with them too. She is just wonderful! Suri is still a little handshy, but is happy to have a gentle fuss especially if other dogs are around her for comfort, but with lots of TLC we don't think it will take her long to learn to love fuss. Suri has never lived in a home before so her adopters will need to be kind and understanding as she settles into the home and learns new skills like house training. She is a wonderful girl and we think she is going to truly thrive in her forever home. She has a PETS passport travel doc.
