With a passion for climbing and agility, Toby brings a playful spirit to his walks as he’ll try to climb anything. However, he can be quite single-minded, particularly when it comes to his cherished food. This endearing pup will graciously let you know when it's time for attention, and while he might be selective about playtime with toys, he occasionally indulges in some playful antics. Toby is ready to bring joy and companionship to a family willing to understand and embrace his unique needs.

Let us introduce our little cloud, Toby, a delightful six-year-old Bichon Frise with a heart full of love for everyone at the rehoming centre! Toby has been with Dogs Trust Shrewsbury for a while now as Toby is a complex pup who finds it challenging to settle in a home, having a history of showing aggression in unfamiliar situations. He requires experienced adult-only owners who can confidently read his body language and are willing to make multiple meets at the centre which may include home visits and overnight stays. For this reason, we would like Toby’s new home to be relatively close to Dogs Trust Shrewsbury Our training team will be on hand to support Toby’s new family before and after he comes home.
