Beattle - Male Bichon Frise

31-08-2023 Beattle is a gorgeous but timid boy who has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. He is quite unsure of our intentions at the moment and can be quite frantic to pick up initially but when we go slowly he is ok to handle. Beattle was a very good boy to groom despite feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Beattle is looking for a calm adult only home to ensure he can have an environment he can thrive in and come out of his shell. He adores other dogs and will need a home with at least one confident resident dog that can help Beattle settle in and give comfort to. We are unsure if Beattle has lived in a home before so he will need understanding adopters that can help him learn new skills such as housetraining and walking on a harness/lead when he is ready. Beattle is such a sweet boy that needs an understanding loving home that can help him be the boy he's always been meant to be. 07-03-24 UPDATE Beatle who we've nicknamed jax has been with us for a while now and he's slowly starting to get his confidence around us. he has started to know when its food time and is more than happy to tell us to hurry up. He loves his treats and will take them from your hands he will happily come to you and have a sniff but is still very hand shy and will run away if you try to fuss him but he is confident enough to come back and investigate if he feels like it. His house training is almost there he loves his comfort and loves to curl up on the sofa he really is a lovely little lad who will be a wonderful dog once he becomes comfortable and confident with human
