Zara - female Borzoi

Zara is a gentle soul who with patience and time with reward you with the most loving and affectionate companion. She seeks reassurance from her favourite people and likes to lean into you for gentle fuss and attention. She thoroughly enjoys spending time in the office but don’t expect her to do much work as she always falls asleep on the job! Zara loves playing with toys, engaging in training and learning new skills. Once settled into her home and having built some confidence, Zara would benefit from taking part in high energy and fun activities like scent work and agility. Zara is such a wonderful girl who will make a rewarding four-legged companion.

If Zara were a human, she’d be a princess! This 4 year old beautiful Borzoi is a gentle, elegant lady who turns heads wherever she goes. Zara is a sweet and sensitive soul who can find meeting new people a bit worrying, therefore, taking things at her own pace is a must. She would like to live in an adult only home where there are minimal visitors. Zara would like to be the only dog in the home as she can find dog interactions worrying. She could live with small furries if kept completely separated. Due to her worries of other dogs, it would be beneficial if she could live in a quieter area/an area where you can go on quieter walks. Additionally, she would like a private and secure garden to enjoy off lead fun with her favourite people. Zara really enjoys getting stuck into training and this is something she would love to continue in her forever home. She is a very clever girl who knows lots of tricks. Additionally, she wears her muzzle for her walks and is comfortable wearing this. Zara loves spending time with her favourite people and therefore would like her family to be around for most of the time whilst she settles in. Once settled, leaving hours can be built up slowly. Zara is currently living at another location in South Oxfordshire, potential adopters will need to be willing to travel to said location to meet her multiple times before going home.
