Callie - female Bulldog Cross

Callie is a huge foodie, which will definitely work in her favour when it comes to helping her through some of her training needs. She loves playing with squeaky toys and her tug toys. Callie even knows some basic commands like sit and paw! She will make a lovely addition to a home.

Callie is a 2 year old English Bulldog. She is a sweet girl who loves her people. She will need slow and careful introductions when meeting new people as she can be a bit wary and unsure. For this reason adopters will need to commit to multiple visits and live no further than 60 minutes away from our rehoming centre, She will need to live in an adult only home and be the only pet in the home. She can be easily spooked so would prefer a quieter household where owners could provide a considered and consistent routine. Once settled, she could potentially be left for a couple of hours, but may need a little help with her toilet training. Callie can be a sensitive girl and would benefit going to an understanding home that are able to read her body language and give her space when she asks. While she's been here she has made more friends and does enjoy a scratch by people she knows.
