Zena - female Bulldog Cross

Zena is a loving girl who is going to make a great pupil for training. She already knows a number of tricks and would enjoy learning a few more. Her love of food will make for a great reward and aid her on going training. Having a game of tug and exploring with her nose are some of her favourite ways to spend her days. Zena is going to be a fabulous addition to the family!

Zena is ready to find a home with a family who are into their dog training. She's very clever but will need further work around other dogs. She will need confident owners who are willing to work on this as she will pull towards other dogs and react. For this reason, Zena will need to be only pooch in the house. The Training Team will work closely with adopters during their meets with Zena and demonstrate the training that has already been put in place. For walks, these will need to be in unpopulated dog areas where Zena can explore without disruptions. As Zena will need to be kept on the lead and muzzled whilst out and about, a home with a garden would be ideal where she can enjoy a run and playtimes at home. If any children in the home they should be older teens aged 16yrs or over. Zena does love to play but also enjoys her own space. Time spent home alone for if her family needs to pop out, should be introduced and built up gradually as we have no previous history of her in the home.
