  • Centre:Dogs Trust
  • Location:Ilfracombe
  • Sex:Male
  • Breed:Bulldog
Gorgeous two-year-old Bulldog, Frankie found himself in our care after his human passed. He is currently enjoying his sofa time in a foster home on our Home from Home Scheme while he waits to be adopted. Frankie is instantly friendly with new people. He is happy having a fuss and a snuggle. He enjoys playing with a football and he likes a long-lasting chew to settle with. Frankie likes to go for walks, and he does not mind if other dogs join him on a walk. He likes to have a good sniff of his surroundings to gather information. Frankie dislikes loud lorries or scooters passing him by, so his walks are best away from traffic. He is nervous of strimmers, and mowers, fireworks, and thunder. Frankie already knows some basic training including a ‘sit’.

Frankie could share his home with teenage children. He would be best suited as the only dog in the home and have doggy pals when out and about. We have no history with Frankie living with small furries, or livestock. He will need a home without cats. He is living off-site in a foster home on our Home from Home scheme. He is housetrained and happy to travel in the car. Experience of the breed would be beneficial. Frankie could cope in a quiet or reasonably busy household. Frankie is used to having company. Any time left alone will need to be built up gradually.
