Cali is a sweet sensitive 1 and a half year-old Chow Chow looking for her ideal home where she can get all the love and attention to herself. She would thrive in an adult-only home. When meeting someone new, shy Cali takes some time to come around, but once she does, she is very affectionate. Cali is inquisitive girl and likes to sniff out her new surroundings however, she does find strangers scary and so she must be on a lead when out in public. She is also learning where to go to feel safe and secure at home when someone new arrives. Cali must be the only dog in the home but she could potentially make some new friends who she can walk on lead with when out and about. She does have some medical needs and requires a special diet which our team will be happy to discuss with adopters. Once settled in her new home, she can be left on her own for a couple of hours provided this is built up gradually. She is housetrained and happy to get in the car and go on an adventure.
