Indie - Female Cocker Spaniel

14-03-2024 Indie is a beautiful but sad little girl who has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. She is overwhelmed to find herself here at the moment and despite feeling unsure around us she is easy to handle but freezes in your arms. After some time whilst we are quiet next to her she does show some curiousity in us when around her kennel friends from a distance. Indie is looking for a quiet calm adult only home as she would find children too overwhelming. Indie gets a lot of comfort from her kennel friends and is happiest when snuggling up to them in bed and running around the play yard with them. She will need a confident resident dog in her new home that she can get comfort from and gain confidence by copying them in her new home. Indie will need kind understanding adopters that can help her learn new skills such as housetraining and walking on a lead/harness when she is ready. She will need time and positivity in her new home to help her settle into her new home and bond with her adopters, this will be a big change for her so she will new adopters who are aware of this. Indie has arrived with an ear infection which she is receiving treatment for as well as lip fold dermatitis. Indie is such a sweet little girl who is trying to be brave and needs a helping hand to show her all the good things life has to offer. Indie has a pets travel document.
