Opal - Female Cocker Spaniel

22-04-2024 Opal is a very sweet natured girl who is less confident when away from her kennel friends and has come from a breeder to find her forever family. She is a little nervous around people currently but when her kennel friends are with her she will approach us to say a quick hello before bacing away. Opal is easy to ahndle and does relax in our arms after a short while. Opal has never known life without the company of other dogs and will need a home with at least one kind confident resident dog to help her settle in and that can copy as she gets used to her new life. Opal has never lived in a home before so will need help learning new skills such as housetraining and walking on a harness/lead. Opal is such a lovely girl and it shouldn't take long for her to come out of her shell in a loving home. Opal has a PETs travel document that states she is 3 years old but our vets feel she could be closer to 6 years old.
