Opal - Female Cocker Spaniel

01-05-2024 Opal is a nervous who has come to us from a breeder. Despite worries Opal is a gentle soul who is easy to handle but just not used to feeling kind hands touch her. In time and with adopters who have plenty of time and patience she will start to trust and her adopters will watch her transform into a wonderful friend. Opal will need a calm and quiet adult only home with at least one kind resident dog to help her to settle into her new life and allow her to cuddle up to them if she wants to. She has never lived in a home before and so this will be quite scary at first and she will need to learn about home life and new skills like house training and how to walk on a lead. With adopters who have plenty of patience to help her learn she will start to realise she is safe and loved and will return their love tenfold.
