Summer ^ F - Female Cocker Spaniel

22-04-2024 Summer is a very lovely girl who is a overwhelmed in our company and a little shut down but she is trying to be brave. She has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. Once we have her in our arms she is easy to handle and does settle while starting to relax in time. Summer does run away when we approach her and will need a patient home that can build a trusting relationship with her so that she can realise there is only positivity when it comes to being around people. Summer absolutely adores all other dogs an dis very playful in their company with them. You can see her happy personality come out when she is in the play yard with them. She has never known life without the company of other dogs and is much more comfortable when around them so she will need a home with at least one confident resident dog that she can gain confidence from. Summer has never lived in a home before so will need help learning new skills such as housetraining and learning to walk on a lead/harness when she is ready. Summer will need a quiet adult only home where she can be set up for success and is able to come out of her shell. Summer is such a lovely girl who with some tlc and time will flourish. Summer has a PETs travel document.
