Fliss - Female Cocker Spaniel

02-04-2024 Fliss is a very sweet natured and lovely girl who is shy but enjoys a gentle fuss, she has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. Fliss is unsure of our intentions but is very easy to handle. She will approach us but does freeze when we go to pick her up. With time and kindness Fliss's confidence should only grow. Fliss adores other dogs and has never known life without them, she is more confident in their presence so she will need a home with anther kind, confident resident dog. Fliss will be able to take comfort in another dog whilst getting used to her new life and family, a resident dog will need to be happy to share their humans and home with Fliss and let Fliss be their shadow. Fliss has never lived in a home before so will need help learning new skills such as housetraining and learning to walk on a lead/harness when she is ready. Fliss is so sweet natured she can live with older dog savy children who are respectful of her needs and understanding of her past. Fliss has arrived with dirty ears which are being cleaned and will need a dental by our vets. Fliss is such a darling who can't wait to enjoy having her very own family and a home to call her own at last. Fliss has a Grade 2 Heart murmur which does not currently require medication but will need to be monitored by adopters vets.
