Sherbet - male Collie (Border) Cross

Even though Sherbet is 10 years young, he still loves his walks and having an explore at an easy pace. He is choosy with his doggy friends and generally likes smaller dogs to socialise with. Because he does require multiple visits both at the centre and to the home – owners will need to live within an hour and a half at the centre for this to be feasible. Sherbet is longing to find his new best friends – could this be you?!!

Sherbet is a true star in the eyes of the staff here at the centre. He has come on leaps and bounds with his confidence and is now ready to find his forever home. We are looking for owners who will bring out the best qualities of his personality and are willing to continue with his training needs. He'll need a home that is adult only with experience with Collie’s preferably and who will get a good understanding of his sensitive nature. Sherbet has improved so much with passing strangers and meeting new people; however – his new owners will still need to be aware of his surroundings when out and about and visitors to the home. A rural home would be ideally to manage this, so that walks with Sherbet are calm and enjoyable and he would also love his own private, secure garden to play with his toys and have those five-minute zoomies!
