Barney - male Collie (Border) Cross

Barney is a 6yr old Collie/Lab cross and an absolute superstar! He’s currently in a foster home and is proving just what an amazing lad he is. He’s good in the car and has proven himself to be housetrained. Barney does love having people around but has coped really well with being left for a few hours while in foster. He’s affectionate, sweet, loving and adores having a play or a walk followed by a long snooze. He is such a happy boy and we can’t wait for him to find his perfect match.

Barney is an amazing lad who is on the search for a quiet forever home. He is very playful but also likes a bit of fuss. At times he can get over-excited but would be absolutely fine to live with older teenagers. Barney isn’t really keen out and about and will need to the only pet in the home, but he’s working really hard on his dog socials and recovers quickly. Luckily he travels well in the car so can be driven to quiet walking routes. Barney wears a muzzle for his walks as a precaution; he looks absolutely fabulous in it and is happy to pop it on. A secure garden will be needed so he can have plenty of off-lead play. Barney has monthly Librella injections. If this would be the only barrier to you considering him please do apply anyway.
