Massai - female Collie (Border)

Massai initially came to us through no fault of her own. She is an absolute gem who adores people, is fully housetrained and she will happily settle on the sofa for a snooze after an enriching walk with plenty of sniffs. Massai's other love in life is a tennis ball! She would fetch a ball all day if you let her, so an adopter who wouldn't mind tossing a ball or two for her would be ideal! Massai can be strong on lead, particularly if she sees another dog. Our training team have been working with her on this and a potential adopter would be shown how to continue her training in the home. Massai is such an affectionate girl who would love to find her forever family soon!

Massai is a super friendly five-year-old Collie cross who is on the search for her forever home. Her ideal new home would be as an only pet and where any children are of at least secondary school age. Massai has a very high chase drive so will need to be kept on a lead in public, she will therefore need a fully secure garden with at least 5ft fencing. Massai isn't a fan of seeing or hearing other dogs, so her new home should be in a low dog populated area and with no neighbouring dogs either. Although Massai would like her new family to be around for the majority of the time initially, leaving hours could be built on once she feels settled.
