Vijay - male Collie (Border) Cross

This sweet boy is looking for an adult-only home where he can be the center of attention. He would do best in a quiet environment away from busy traffic, where he can relax and enjoy his surroundings without feeling overwhelmed.
Vijay is a smart dog who is eager to learn and please. He would thrive in an experienced home where he can receive consistent training and guidance. He loves food, so training him with treats would be an excellent way to keep him engaged and motivated.
Despite his initial shyness, Vijay is a social butterfly at heart. He loves being around people and will happily spend his days exploring new places and going on adventures. Vijay can be dog reactive however, he’s been flying through his training and has been walking with calm dogs practicing his check in training. When he's not out and about, he enjoys a gentle chin scratch (you’ll get a nudge if you stop too soon) and cuddling up with his favorite humans.

Vijay is a handsome Collie with soft, flowing fur and a bright, intelligent expression. He can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, and can be handshy in general, but once he gets to know you, he'll shower you with affection and love.
