Slumber - Male Dachshund

27-03-2024 Slumber is a sweet boy who has come to us from a breeder. He is a little worried but easy to handle and you can see in his eyes that is a gentle soul who deserves the world. Slumber arrived here with an old sore on his ear which our vet will have a look at and treat if necessary. He will need a home where there is at least one other very kind and gentle dog to guide him into living in a home and where any children in the home are older and dog savvy. Slumber has never been inside a home before so this will be a little strange and scary at first but he will watch his new friend(s) and once he feels more confident will start to copy what they do. This will help him with lead walking and house training etc. In time and with adopters who have plenty of time, love and patience Slumber will return this by giving them his heart.
