Stevie is a lovely boy who's arrived with us after being found as stray. Unfortunately we have little home history for him so it's likely he'll need help settling in, housetraining and all his basics too! We don't know how Stevie will cope with being left on his own, so we recommend this is gradually built up, leaving him with lots to do to keep his clever brain occupied. Stevie travelled well to us in a crate in a van, he settled and was quiet. Stevie is a big lad, who sometimes doesn't realise his own strength so will need lots of practice with his loose lead walking and general manners. He will need to be the only dog at present with opportunities to socialise once settled. Steve will need to live with adults only as he can be quite worried by lots of handling and much prefers a hands off approach. He's currently learning how to wear a muzzle as he finds seeing the vets a bit scary, but he's learning this can be lots of fun as it means lots of tasty treats.
