Zeus - male German Shepherd Dog

Zeus loves people and he is a playful boy - his favourite toy is a football! He would prefer his own space in the home though with a family who are experienced with rescue dogs and/or German Shepherds. As an older gent, Zeus does have sore hips which our veterinary team will discuss with his potential family.

Zeus is stunning big 7 year old German Shepherd who has found himself in our care through no fault of his own. He would love a home with direct access into a private secure garden that has a 6ft fence. This will give him somewhere he can play safely as he will need to stay on lead and be muzzled when walking in public spaces. Zeus can be reactive when he sees another dog, but can make dog friends pending careful introductions and would like to work on his socialisation skills. He is able to share his home with children aged 12 years and over and would be comfortable being left home alone for 3-4 hours a day.
