JAZZ - Female German Shepherd Dog

Meet gorgeous Jazz the Caucasian Shepherd.

We think she is approx 3 years old.

We were asked to help this girl after she was found on the streets. She has been at our kennels for some time now. She will bark and jump up at her kennel door when somebody she doesn’t know approaches.

After slow introductions in an open area, she is fine and will want to be your friend especially if you have treats. She pulls on the lead so will need to learn how to walk on a lead. On her walk with the volunteers, she walked past two dogs without barking or lunging.

Caucasian shepherds are livestock guarding dogs. They will guard their family and property.

We are looking for an adopter that can provide a quiet rural home with a safe secure outdoor kennel where she can slowly build her confidence and introduce her into a house.

 

As we know little about her past, we will not rehome her with young children, cats and dogs.
