Fame - Male German Wirehaired Pointer

19-04-24 Let me tell you about Fame. As a lockdown Puppy he wasn’t shown the world, when he grew too big he was thrown out into a garden and forgotten! From then onwards he lived his whole life in the kennels looking at the four same walls. When he reached Many Tears rescue he was very fearful about being approached and would bark and be silly because he was worried about what was going to happen. He did really badly in kennels, yet sadly spent a whole year in the kennels at Many Tears before somebody wanted to give him a chance. Fame immediately fell in love with his person and was terrified he was going to lose him, 10 days later Fame found himself returning. Everybody was worried for his well-being going back into kennels as he did so badly, lost so much weight and found it such a stressful environment with the kennel doors banging and people coming and going that he didn’t know and constantly feeling like he needed to protect himself.
