Watermelon - Female Golden Retriever

20-04-24 Watermelon is a gorgeous goldie who has come from her breeder to find a loving home. She has never seen anything of the big wide before so is feeling overwhelmed and worried at the moment. When we approach her she will shake uncontrollably but with gentle encouragement and kind words she soon realised that you are not so scary and will smother you with love and want to stay right beside you, wagging her tail. She is such a poppet, she just needs to find her feet and her place in the world. She will need a kind resident dog to help her settle and lend her some confidence. She will need to learn all about house training and how to walk on a lead. Watermelon will need a cat free home as she doesn't get along with them and finds them far too interesting. She needs some TLC but will soon relax and begin to shine.
