Murray is a lovable boy who loves nothing more than being around people and dogs. He would love a family who is keen on taking him on interesting walks and doing a bit of training with him using positive reward based training only. Murray is not one to be rehomed on looks alone, he will need owners who are willing to let him de-stress from kennel life and ensure that there is a good bond there before attempting to do too much with him. Murray must be kept on a lead in public, so if you have access to any secure fields for hire nearby he would love that! Potential adopters should be aware that Murray has a settling in plan and will likely need ongoing behavioural support once he has been adopted, but with dedicated and patient adopters we are sure he will blossom into the wonderful dog we all know and love.

Meet the stunning one-year-old Murray! Murray absolutely loves other dogs and seems underconfident when he is without a canine companion, so he is looking for a home where there is already another friendly and playful dog that he can live with. Although he is a real attention seeker and loves a fuss, he will need to live with adults only due to his previous history of resource guarding. It is essential that Murray has a decent sized garden that he can zoom around in and he would like his new family to be around for the majority of the day to settle him in. Potential adopters should be happy to work with our training and behaviour team to bring out the best in Murray, which will mean multiple visits to the centre to get to know him. As we will be taking him for home visits, his new owners should live within a reasonable travel distance to the Snetterton centre. Murray does have hip dysplasia which is currently being managed well with ongoing pain relief. If you rent your property, please ensure you have written permission from your landlord before applying for a dog.
