Lottie - female Terrier (Jack Russell) Cross
Adoption fee: Please check with the rescue
- Centre:Dogs Trust
- Sex:Female
- Breed:Jack Russell Terrier
Lottie is a sweet, fun-loving girl who enjoys sniffing around on her walks and familiarising herself with her surroundings in her own time. Lottie can be frustrated around resources but has also shown guarding behaviours. This is something our training team will provide support with to enable to set Lottie up for success.
Lottie is a 6 year old Jack Russel Terrier x Chihuahua. Lottie is a sensitive girl looking for a quiet but active adult only home. Lottie enjoys her walks, playing with toys and taking herself off to bed with a chew. She is instantly a friendly girl but takes time to build a real bond. Lotties new owners will need to commit to multiple meets at the centre where we can demonstrate her training needs- this will also help with relationship building. Potential adopters would need to live within 90 minutes of the centre as Lottie would also need home trials. Lottie is loads of fun, very clever and playful. Owners who want a bit of a project dog would be ideal as she is a complex little lady. She enjoys short bursts of fuss, but isn't a dog who will be able to cuddle up with owners on the sofa. She will need her own space in the home where she can take herself off to rest. Lottie will also need to be left alone while eating. Lottie is looking for an adult only home where she will be the only dog.
