Nesta - Female Jack Russell Terrier

04-04-2024 Nesta is a delightful, happy girl who is affectionate and loves a fuss. She had been previously adopted but very sadly her owner passed away so she has been returned here to find another loving home. She originally came to us from a breeder. She is so playful, loving and super active. All she does is want to be in your company and give you loads and loads of kisses. She absolutely loves a fuss especially belly scratches. Nesta is the star of the show and would prefer to be an only dog in the home but she is fine walking past other dogs on walks. Nesta can live with a male resident dog that is similar in size or larger than her and happy to share their home and humans. Nesta is used to living in a home but is still learning about housetraining as can have the occassional accident in the kitchen. She walks beautifully on the lead and enjoys going out on walks and basking in the sunshine. Nesta can live with dog savy children who are respectful of her needs and history. Nesta has a Grade 5 Heart Murmur that currently does not require any medication but will need to be regularly monitored by the adopters vets. Nesta is a trialing a grain free diet due to skin allergies and also needs to lose a little weight. Nesta has seen our vets and is receiving treatment for hyperplasia in both ears which is still ongoing and they have noted she has polyps in her right ear. Nesta is super sweet and so deserves to find her forever home asap. She is honestly the sweetest little girl you will ever meet and she will bring so much love and joy into a home.
