Paddy is a Pug cross Jack Russell who is 3 years old. He hasn’t had the best start to life as he originally came into our care as a stray. His experience of home life is limited so he will need a family that will be patient with him while he settles in. Any time left alone in the home will need to be built up slowly. Fortunately he is happy enough in the car and should be able to join his new family on trips out and about. Paddy is a very bright boy who gets easily overwhelmed. In his downtime, he likes to amuse himself with toys and will invite a gentle fuss. With time and training he will be a very fun member of the family.

Paddy is a cheeky chap who is on the hunt for a family with a quiet home environment. He has some worries around handling so is looking for an adult-only home that is happy to take a hands-off approach. He can guard resources in the home, so although he has come on leaps and bounds with our training team, he will need a family committed to continuing this training and willing put in strategies to help manage these behaviours. Our training team will be on hand to guide you through his specific needs and ensure that both Paddy and his new family are set up for success. Paddy would prefer to be the only dog in the home but could benefit from some quiet walking friends as role models. He would absolutely love to have his own secure garden to run around and play in. Paddy wears a muzzle for vet visits but has done brilliantly with his training and wears it with pride!
