Roxie - female Retriever (Labrador)

Roxie is also wary of meeting new dogs and is a little under socialised so she is currently looking to be the only dog in her new home at the moment. She is a lively girl and enjoys having zoomies in the fields and playing with all of the toys, she would like an active home where she is going to be kept busy both physically and mentally!

Roxie is a lovely young girl who has come to us through no fault of her own and has settled well and made some great bonds with her carers, Roxie can be nervous when meeting new people initially and doesn't know how to react so can sometimes bark. We have been working with her on this and she is doing great, her confidence is growing by the day but new owners will need to continue this training with her and support her in a positive manner when it comes to meeting new people.
