Nemo - male Retriever (Labrador) Cross

Nemo is a happy little dog. He loves his toys when people engage in play with him and long sniffy walks. Nemo would like people that live close to lots of places to walk as he is worried by car travel. Nemo likes a cuddle at his own pace but can be a bit unsure if he doesn’t know you. Nemo has lived with children before but because he isn’t always tolerant of grabby hands, we are looking for a house with secondary school aged children who will understand when Nemo is done with cuddles. Nemo can have doggy friends out and about but is not a fan of dogs that invade his space or are pushy with play. He can be left for up to 4 hours at a time. Nemo is such a sweet little boy with so much love to give.

Nemo is a very handsome lad who is looking for a home where he can be the only pet to soak up all the fuss. He is a bit worried about car travel so a home where he doesn’t need to regularly use a car for walking access would be preferable. Because of Nemo's worries about car travel, we are looking to rehome him within 45 minutes of the centre. Nemo can live with children over the age of 11, and is looking for adopter who would be happy to be actively involved in his training. Initially Nemo would like his adopters to be around most of the time, but once settled into his new home time he could be left for 2-4 hours.
