  • Sex:Male
  • Breed:Labrador Retriever
Murphy is a lovable lad who is sure to show you his cheeky personality once he has a strong friendship with you. Murphy is not used to travelling in the car but is comfortable travelling if in a crate. Murphy enjoys being with the people he loves and would like for someone to be at home throughout the day to keep him company and build up his leaving hours gradually once he has fully settled. Murphy is looking for gentle owners who can build up his confidence and help him flourish into the wonderful boy he is. AWE licence number 176240 by West Lothian Council.

Murphy is a 1-year-old Labradoodle. Murphy is a sweet boy who enjoys spending time with people he knows and trusts. He is a shy lad who can take time making friends, but once he knows you well he will ask you for lots of chin scratches! Murphy has led a sheltered life and has not experienced much of the outside world. He needs an experienced home with people who have owned nervous dogs in the past and can and help build up his confidence. He will need understanding owners who can allow him time to settle into his new home at his own pace and can continue his training. He is looking for a quiet and calm home with children aged 14 and above. Murphy is overwhelmed in busy and noisy environment and finds it stressful walking in areas where he is likely to see lots of other people, dogs and cars. He will need to have access to peaceful walking routes where he can slowly build up his confidence being out and about and walking on a lead. Murphy needs access to a garden where he can safely explore, potter around and play with his family. Murphy loves playing with his toys and has the best time zooming around with them! Murphy has a few four-legged friends at the centre who he enjoys spending time with. Murphy could potentially live with another calm and playful dog pending a successful pair up here at the centre.
