Milo - Male Lurcher

25-04-2024 Milo is a super boy who has the waggiest tail in existence and just wants a family to call his own. He originally came to the rescue from a home as they had to move and couldn't take him with them. Milo has just been returned after a short adoption as he and the resident dog did not take to each other. Milo is such a fabulous boy who now needs to be an only dog in the home to ensure he is set up for success and his next home will be his forever home. He is getting lost in the rescue and is finding it hard to not get the enrichment he needs or the love he deserves. He needs a very active home with experience in his breed that has the time to give him plenty of enrichment, exercise and mental stimulation. He knows a lot of commands and is just super boy that will be the most amazing addition to anyone that loves and understands the sighthound breed. He is still young and quite excitable so does tend to jump up which will need to be worked on to encourage him to keep his paws on the floor when making new friends. Milo has lived with children before and so we would be happy to rehome him to a family with dog savvy and respectful children who are experinced around large dogs similar to Milo. Milo hasn't lived with cats and is likely to chase them so a cat free home would be best for him. He can already walk on a lead and enjoys going for long walks but also loves a lazy day sometimes too! He really appreciates a cuddle and would like a home where someone is around to keep him company through the daya nd that he can be a full part of his new families life. Milo is a super dog and is going to make some lucky family's dreams come true. We hope his stay here is brief as he deserves to be back in a loving home asap.
