Tillie - female Lurcher Cross

Tillie is such a loving girl who wants nothing more than to be by your side. Making friends is done at Tillie speed but it is worth the wait. She enjoys her walks and snuggling up on the sofa. Her playful personality shines through when the toys are out the box; her favourites are the soft variety. Tillie has so much love to give and will make the very best of friends.

Tillie is ready to find her forever home where she can receive all the attention she craves. She struggles when left alone and will need someone to keep her company and help her settle into the home. She can be worried at times and will benefit greatly from building up her confidence with a patient family. For this reason, she won’t appreciate the busy hands of very young children and would be more suited to secondary school aged kids. As it can take time for Tillie to warm to new faces, her family will be invited to meet her at the centre a few times before heading home. Quieter walking routes where she can sniff and explore at ease, on the lead, should be close to the home as Tillie requires some further work of becoming more comfortable in the car. Tillie is much more of a fan of people and would like to be the only dog in the house.
