Dancer - male Lurcher

Dancer is always full of joy and excitement when greeting his favourite people! He's quick to form a relationship and has liked meeting everyone while he's been at the centre with us. He's a fun loving boy who always wants to greet other dogs out and about and show them how friendly he is - ready or not here he comes! Dancer adores his toys but has shown some worries around sharing them with people, however, with the right approach, he will happily enjoy a game of 'swaps' with two toys!

Dancer can live with adults only (18+) who will be understanding and recognise when he is uncomfortable in a situation. He will need to be the only pet in the home, but would benefit from confident and well-socialised dog friends out and about on walks. He cannot be left home alone as he has shown separation related behaviours, although he is housetrained. Dancer will need a space in his new home where he can rest undisturbed by people and his new family must be willing to work alongside our training and behaviour team to help transition Dancer to his new home.
