Lottie thoroughly enjoys the company of dogs and people and loves a good run around the garden with the two dogs she shares her foster home with. Each day she enjoys 2-3 shorter walks and walks well on the lead, she is happy to travel in the crate in the boot of the car to visit new places for walking adventures. After all of this she needs a nap and is very happy being stroked by her foster carer on the sofa. When Lottie came into the care of Dogs Trust she was very thin so her foster carer has been working to help her gain weight, she is a fussy eater and prefers the company of her foster carer whilst eating.

You won't be applying for a specific dog, but you can tell us what type of dog you are looking for. You can also add up to four favourites to your application to give us an idea of the dogs you like, so we can consider you for similar dogs. Once you've submitted your application, we can't change or update your favourites. Adding a dog to your application is not a reservation but a guide for us to find you a match.

Lottie is a very sweet senior lady who at 15 years old has found herself looking for her retirement home. She would prefer not to be left alone much during the day and at night she sleeps in a crate in the foster carers bedroom. She really enjoys the company of the foster carers own two dogs and could share her home with another doggy companion. She doesn't like sharing her toys with the other dogs so plays with her ball and soft toys on her own. She could share her home with dog savvy secondary school aged children who understand that despite her being playful and lively for her age that she is an older lady and enjoys peace and quiet and a rest too. Since being in foster her housetraining has improved but she still has the odd accident inside.
