Berry - Male Poodle Cross

20-02-2024 Berry is a poor scared little man who has come to us from a breeder to find his forever home. Little Berry is overwhelmed to find himself here at the moment and is feeling quite unsure around us. When we approach him in the kennel he does run away and when in our arms he remains quite tense but will allow you to stroke him for a short while. After being handled and back with his kennel friends he was a little more confident and even gave us a tiny kiss. Berry shows his very sweet personality when he is around his kennel friends and will snuggle up with them in bed and follow them around the play yard. He is looking for a kind calm adult only home that can help him come out of his shell in a loving environment and have experinece with scared dogs. Berry will need an adult only home as children will be too overwhelming for him. Berry will need at least one confident resident dog in his new home that is happy to have him snuggle up next to them and that he can gain comfort and confidence from in his new home. He will need kind understanding adopters that can help him learn new skills such as housetraining and walking on a lead/harness when he is ready, this may take some time and his will need adopters that understand this. Berry is such a dear little man who just needs someone to love him and give him time to realise how much love is waiting for him in the world. Berry has a pets travel document.
