Sam - Male Poodle

23-01-24 Sam is a very handsome dog who has come from his breeder to find a loving home. He is a sweetie who loves to be with his kennel friends but loses his confidence when he is away from them. He will tentatively greet you and we can see his curiosity is desperate to emerge but isnt quite able to come out yet. Sam would love a resident dog in his new home to help him settle into home life and learn new skiils such as house training and walking on a lead. He will need regular grooming and is looking for an adopter who is able to encourage him to relax, let go of his worries and discover all the fun and love that being loved entails. Samhas a Grade 3-4 heart murmur, he doesn't require any medication for this but it is something his adopters and their vet will need to monitor going forward. He has also had a few teeth extracted and is being treated for a ear infection. He has a PETS passport travel document which states he is 3 years old but our vets feel he is closer to 7 years old.
